Area Manager (Operation) - Kuwait

Job Description

• Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple restaurant locations within the assigned area.
• Manage and evaluate branch/shift managers and ensure proper staffing and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, service standards, hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Monitor sales performance, targets, and operational results, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Conduct operational, cash, and sales audits across assigned locations.
• Ensure staff training, onboarding, and development are properly implemented.
• Coordinate with Head Office and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
• Provide regular reports and escalate critical operational issues to Management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in QSR operations.
• Experience with McDonald’s, KFC, Domino’s, Pizza Hut, or equivalent QSR brands is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Must not have previous work experience in Kuwait.
