Finance & Accounting Staff

Responsibilities :

• In charge of all accounting activities as well as general administration and accounts reconciliation and other regular reports.
• Provide support operation in the day-to-day accounting and month-end/year-end closing.
• ⁠Responsible for daily data entry process, regarding to payments from subscribers (bank transfers, ATM’s, internet banking).
• Monitoring and reporting daily cash flow.
• Verifies validity, completeness accuracy of document processing.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree Accounting/Economy (fresh graduate are open to apply)
• Have min 1 year working experience as finance & accounting or same field
• Understand Ms. Office, Basic Accounting, Basic Journaling
• Familiar with Accurate System & SAP system.
• Certificate Brevet A & B.
• Preferably experienced rom Pharmacy industries.
• Good language skill in English.
• Fast learner & have motivation to learn.
• Integrated, well-organized, good communication & precise person.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, strong work ethic, and good analytical skill.
• Quick to collaborate and coordinate with the team and other team members when necessary.
• Available to join ASAP.
• Will be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
