✅ Fast Thinker Able to think quickly, make appropriate decisions, and handle changing situations calmly.
✅ Good Public Speaking Has good communication and public speaking skills as well as confidence when communicating with clients.
✅ Fluent in English Able to communicate in English fluently, both orally and in writing.
✅ Animal Lover 🐶🐱 Loves animals, is comfortable being around various types of animals, and is not afraid to handle or interact with pets.
✅ Customer-Oriented Friendly, responsive, has the ability to explain services well, and is able to build good relationships with clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling inquiries from potential clients
- Explaining services and pet relocation quotations
- Following up with clients until the booking process
- Communicating with both local and international clients
- Coordinating with the operational team for shipment needs
- Helping to ensure clients receive clear and fast information
- Maintaining good relationships with clients during the relocation process

Qualifications:
Minimum education D3/S1 (all majors, communication/marketing preferred).
Fresh Graduate welcome to Apply
Experience in customer relation, sales, or account executive for at least 1 year (more preferred in services/relocation/logistics).
Must be fluent in English, both for daily conversation (conversation) as well as reading & understanding documents (reading documents).
Has good communication and negotiation skills.
Friendly, patient, and has empathy towards clients (especially animal lovers).
Able to work with targets and is result oriented.
Accustomed to high mobility.
Other foreign languages are an added value
