Corporate Strategy

Oversee the preparation of detailed planning designs supported by relevant data, aligned with the company's strategic plan

Ensure the availability of analysis results required for formulating the Strategic Plan, Long-Term Corporate Plan (RJPP), and Annual Work Plan and Budget (RKAP)

Ensure alignment between corporate plans and work unit plans

Improve the effectiveness of internal and external data recording systems to support the preparation of the Strategic Plan, RJPP, and RKAP

Manage Enterprise Architecture as well as business and product portfolios

Review evaluations of corporate and work unit performance effectiveness

Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of corporate management systems (ISO QHSE, GRC)

Ensure the availability and implementation of work unit policies, strategies, and SOPs in accordance with business processes

Review performance reports from work units

Barchelore degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, or related field

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in corporate strategy, business planning, or consulting roles
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing business strategies within large organizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work with complex data sets
• Excellent knowledge of strategic planning frameworks and methodologies
• Proven experience in conducting market analysis and competitive positioning and financial modeling
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly with senior executives
• Proficiency in strategic planning tools and business intelligence software
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, written and spoken
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across organizational levels
