HR Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and facilitate learning sessions related to Human Resources and competency development in a structured and practical manner.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to help participants understand and develop competencies relevant to their professional needs.
• Develop and organize curriculums, learning materials, and learning content based on learning needs.
• Contribute to the development and standardization of competencies, learning materials, and learning processes within the HR field.
• Develop educational content, including articles, modules, and learning materials related to HR and professional development.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and provide recommendations for the improvement of Learning & Development programs.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, people development, and behavioral competencies.
• Ability to connect HR concepts with individual and professional development needs.
• Experience in training, mentoring, facilitation, or knowledge sharing.
• Experience in Learning & Development is a plus.
• Experience in developing curriculums, learning materials, competency frameworks, or educational content is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate concepts in a structured, relevant, and easy-to-understand manner.
