Your tasks

Job Description

• Possess communication, negotiation & coordination skills with government agencies
• Understand risk-based business licensing (PKKPR, NIB, Sertifikat Standar, Izin)
• Understand hospital industry regulations
• Know the end-to-end operational licensing flow for hospitals, including new/change/extension of operational licenses
• Understand environmental licensing regulations
• Know the environmental licensing flow (SPPL/UKL-UPL/AMDAL, Rincian Teknis TPS B3 & Persetujuan Teknis / SLO Baku Mutu Air Limbah)
• Understand building licensing regulations
• Know the licensing flow for Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung (PBG) & Sertifikat Laik Fungsi (SLF)
• Able to operate Licensing systems (OSS, AMDALNET, SIMBG, etc.)

Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 Law education
• Have at least 1–3 years of experience in legal, compliance, licensing, or government relations, specifically in the hospital industry
• Able to speak English verbally and fluent in writing
• Accustomed to understanding company business
• Understand the regulations and provisions of Risk-Based Business Licensing applicable through the OSS system, including the management of NIB, PKKPR, Sertifikat Standar, and other business licenses
• Understand environmental licensing regulations and processes, including SPPL, UKL-UPL, AMDAL documents, as well as the management of Persetujuan Teknis (Pertek), SLO Baku Mutu Air Limbah, and Rincian Teknis TPS Limbah B3
• Skilled in operating licensing systems and supporting applications, such as OSS RBA, AMDALNET, SIMBG, as well as other relevant government platforms
• Placement Kalimalang - Bekasi
