Export / Import Document Specialist

PT. PERINTIS JAYA INTERNASIONAL is currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented EXIM STAFF to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about export-import processes and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Background
• At least 2 year of experience in a similar EXIM role in the seafood industry
• Strong knowledge of export-import documents (PEB, PIB, LC, COO, PI TPT etc.)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English is a must)
• Familiar with coordination with forwarders, shipping lines, and relevant authorities (Customs, Quarantine, etc.)
• Expert in Ms. Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage export-import documentation
• Coordinate with shipping partners and government agencies
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely customs clearance
• Stay updated with regulations related to international trade
