JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Daily Worker – Waiter/Waitress Department: Food & Beverage Company: Reload Sanctuary Employment Type: Daily Worker

Job Summary

To provide friendly, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience while maintaining Reload Sanctuary’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Present menus, explain menu items, and assist guests with their orders.
3. Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
4. Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean, organized, and properly set up.
5. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
6. Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the supervisor when necessary.
7. Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and grooming standards at all times.
8. Assist with opening, closing, and other operational duties as assigned.
9. Support the team during busy periods and maintain a high standard of teamwork.
10. Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Well-groomed, punctual, responsible, and service-oriented.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to follow company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
