Responbilities: Monitoring sales performance Take control of profit & loss of the store Created training for team Maintaining safety and food quality standards Keeping customers happy and handling complaints Organizing schedules Supervising daily shift operations Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels

Qualifications: Aged maximum 38 years old At least S1 Previous Japanese, hot pot or all you can eat restaurant experience Prior work as a manager High level of discipline, trustworthy Have administration skills Ability in problem solving Able to communicate well and maintain good relationship Through, diligent, agile, initiative and responsive Enthusiastic, always positive and willing to learn
