Staff Ops

PT. Paradiso Gemintang Anugerah is a photobooth company offering innovative and exciting experiences in photography. Established in 2021, we are committed to bringing a more modern and enjoyable photobooth culture to our customers. We are currently looking for a responsible and proactive Staff Ops to help ensure our photobooth locations are well-maintained, fully functional, and ready to provide the best experience for our customers.

Job Description

1. Monitor and maintain the condition and functionality of photobooth locations regularly.
2. Conduct routine checks to ensure all booth equipment and facilities are working properly.
3. Identify and troubleshoot operational issues at the booth, and coordinate with the relevant team for resolution.
4. Visit booth locations when issues require on-site assistance or maintenance.
5. Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall condition of the photobooth area are well maintained.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in operations, field operations, maintenance, or a related role is preferred.
2. Responsible, proactive, and able to identify and respond to operational issues quickly.
3. Willing to work on-site and travel between photobooth locations when needed.
4. Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
5. Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
