Finance Accounting & Tax Supervisor

WE'RE HIRING — FINANCE SUPERVISOR We’re looking for a Finance Supervisor who is strategic, detail-oriented, discreet, and experienced in handling complex financial matters. This role requires strong financial judgment, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage financial data, reporting, taxation, and cost structures effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably at Supervisor level.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, taxation, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Experienced in financial analysis, reconciliation, transaction review, and management reporting.
• Strong understanding of tax planning and financial planning within applicable regulations.
• High level of integrity, discretion, loyalty, and confidentiality when handling sensitive company information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Experienced in financial data clean-up, restructuring, and reporting improvement.
• Strong understanding of cost classification, expense control, and profitability analysis.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical financial solutions to management.
