Finance Accounting Tax Staff

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance, Accounting, and Tax Staff role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. will be :

1. Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
2. Perform month-end closing, including journal entries and account reconciliation.
3. Manage fixed assets and monthly depreciation.
4. Prepare accrual, prepaid expense, amortization, and adjustment journals.
5. Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
6. Handle withholding tax calculation and reporting through Coretax.
7. Support annual corporate income tax reporting.
8. Coordinate with external auditors and provide required financial data.
9. Prepare financial analysis and ad-hoc reports for management.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 2- 5 Years of relevant Accounting experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3. Freshgraduate are welcome to apply
4. Hands-on experience with Accounting Software and practical accounting processes.
5. Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information clearly.
6. Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and experience in tax reporting and compliance.
7. Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
8. Experience in fintech, payments, or related industries is an advantage.
9. Strong Finance and Financial Statements skills, with the ability to prepare, review, and interpret financial reports.
