Procurement Specialist

Pangkat Dua is looking for an experienced Procurement professional in Bandung.

Job Description

• Manage procurement and purchasing for project and operational needs
• Source and coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Request, compare, and negotiate quotations
• Process Purchase Orders (PO)
• Coordinate material availability and delivery with project/site teams
• Monitor vendor performance, material quality, and delivery
• Maintain procurement documentation and reporting
• Identify cost efficiency and alternative vendors

Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 in Management, Supply Chain, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing
• Experience in construction, interior, furniture, or design-build is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of procurement and vendor sourcing
• Good knowledge of construction/interior materials
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-based environment
