FOOD REGULATORY QA

Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Food Technology, Food Science, or related fields.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the food industry.
3. Understanding of Indonesian food regulations (BPOM), CPPOB, and food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000).
4. Understanding of Halal certification requirements.
5. Able to manage product documents (specifications, COA, labels, and technical documents).
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
7. Able to speak and write English.
8. Available to join immediately

Responsibilities

1. Support the product registration process and BPOM Manufacturing regulatory compliance.
2. Prepare, check, and manage product quality documents.
3. Coordinate with the China team regarding product specifications and supporting documents.
4. Support the implementation of CPPOB and food safety systems.
5. Assist in both internal and external audit processes.
6. Ensure labels and product documents comply with regulations.
7. Support Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities.
