LEGAL ASSISTANT MANAGER

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law from reputable university, a master degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in managerial level, preferably in garment industry and in multinational company.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).
• Excellent understanding of corporate law and regulatory law.
• Excellent communication skill.
• A PERADI license will be a plus.

Job Description:

• Responsible for Company's Legal Identities, and any other company's legal identity documentation, maintain & update a variety of legal files and records.
• Provide legal assistance with regards to Contract Management, from drafting, negotiating to performance.
• Provide corporate legal advise.
• Support management level in negotiation, execution and closing of all project documents.
