Visual Merchandiser

Otten Coffee is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to create engaging and impactful product displays across our stores.

Requirements

• Male, minimum 27 years old
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any relevant field
• Willing to work mobile and visit multiple store locations
• Have a strong visual sense and aesthetic awareness
• Creative, proactive, and able to develop fresh ideas for store displays
• Able to analyze sales and display data to improve visual merchandising effectiveness
• Experienced in creating and implementing visual merchandising guidelines / display guidelines
• Minimum experience in Visual Merchandising within supermarket, beauty, fashion, retail, or similar industries
• Strong understanding of product placement, store layout, and visual presentation
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to execute concepts and ensure consistency of display standards across stores
