Job Description

• Analyze current market trends to identify business opportunities.
• Source and establish partnerships with new suppliers, including negotiating business agreements.
• Negotiate promotional campaigns and marketing activities with suppliers.
• Prepare and manage supplier partnership agreements and related documentation.
• Assist suppliers with operational requirements to ensure they are ready to sell their products.
• Supervise the loading and unloading process of supplier goods, while coordinating with the Warehouse and Event Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support suppliers in achieving their sales objectives.
• Serve as the Master of Ceremonies during promotional.
• Ensure product display areas and sales operations are well-organized and effectively managed.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales activities and ensure operational excellence.
• Monitor supplier product performance by identifying best-selling and slow-moving items, and propose promotional strategies to improve sales.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Responsible, honest, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Fast learner and willing to work in the field.
• Willing to work on weekends and on a shift basis during events; outside of event periods, working hours are Monday to Friday during regular office hours.
• Willing to travel and work outside the city as required.
