Product Owner

Your tasks

We are looking for a Product Owner to help turn business and product needs into clear, executable product requirements. You will work closely with the Product Lead, UI/UX Designer, Engineering Team, QA, and business stakeholders to prepare requirements, manage backlog clarity, support UAT, and track release readiness. This role is suitable for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working between business and technical teams. Responsibilities

• Translate business/product needs into clear PRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Document business rules, edge cases, expected behavior, and open questions.
• Prepare and maintain backlog items or Jira tickets for development.
• Coordinate with UI/UX, Engineering, QA, and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Prepare UAT scenarios and document UAT results.
• Track feature progress, blockers, requirement changes, and release readiness.
• Ensure delivered features match the agreed requirement and product direction.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as Product Owner, Associate Product Manager, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, QA Analyst, or similar role.
• Able to write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Able to understand business processes and translate them into product flows.
• Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Docs, Figma, or similar tools.
• Able to identify gaps, edge cases, and unclear requirements.
• Comfortable working with changing priorities and cross-functional teams.

Plus Points

• Experience in fintech, payment gateway, POS, SaaS, invoicing, dashboard, backoffice, or transaction-based products.
• Basic understanding of API behavior, transaction flow, payment status, settlement, reconciliation, or financial operations.
• Experience working with QA and Engineering teams.
• Familiarity with agile/scrum development process.
• General understanding of how to use AI tools to support research, documentation, product thinking, or workflow efficiency.
