Restaurant Food and Beverage Manager

About the role Satu Uluwatu is an laid-back and unpretentious restaurant operating since 2001. As we are expanding, we are looking for a Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the venue, including supervises and manages employees, leading food and beverage team in order to provide excellent services, oversees the restaurants facilities and equipment are well maintained, conducting interviews and trainings, oversee outlet inventory management, reporting directly to the General Manager.

About you

• Previous experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager (min. 3-5 years)
• Experience managing a team with natural leadership, problem-solving under pressure, attention to detail and vailability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
