Operations Auditor, Quality Assurance - SPX Express (Pekanbaru)

Job Description

• Conduct routine inspections at SPX Express’ Sortation Centers and Hubs operations to ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, workflows, and operational procedures
• Identify operational issues and opportunities for improvement
• Assess compliance levels using the Standard Assessment Checklist
• Summarize and report inspection findings on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to support productivity improvement and cost efficiency

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or SOP Compliance
• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or e-commerce will be an advantage
• Strong understanding of logistics KPIs, metrics, systems, operational workflows, and quality assurance standards
• Strong communication skills with flexibility and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Willing to travel, work in shifts, and be based in Pekanbaru, Riau
