Learning & Quality Development - SPX Express (Jakarta Utara)

Job Descriptions:

• Design and maintain learning content for the operations team
• Develop education materials for onboarding, refresher, and process update
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and support operational rollouts
• Evaluate and improve training effectiveness to enhance operational performance
• Conduct learning needs analysis and translate operational requirements into effective training solutions
• Manage learning projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Research and implement innovative learning methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance the learning experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or any related field
• 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Training, or Content Development
• Passionate in education and manpower quality development
• Understand instructional design and adult learning principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
• Creative mindset with good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools, graphic design, video editing, or AI content creation tools is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Power Point) and Google Workspace
• Willing to be placed in North Jakarta
