Data Engineer

Job Description

• Design, build, and maintain ETL processes for data integration needs
• Manage and optimize event-based streaming data pipelines (CDC/Change Data Capture)
• Work with various types of databases (relational, NoSQL, and GraphDB) to support business needs
• Develop and maintain data integrations through REST API
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure data quality and availability
• Perform troubleshooting and performance optimization of data systems.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of related work experience (specialization in Data is preferred)
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SQL
• Familiar and experienced with ETL tools such as SSIS, Talend, Kettle, or Pentaho
• Proficient in MongoDB (must-have)
• Experienced with one or more of: Debezium, Kafka, Flink, Spark
• Familiar with PostgreSQL, Oracle Database, and NoSQL/GraphDB concepts (e.g. TigerGraph)
• Proficient in Python for basic data processing needs
• Understanding of ETL, CDC (Change Data Capture), Event-Based Streaming, GraphDB, and REST API concepts
• Eager and willing to learn new technologies
• Willing to work full-time on-site (WFO).
