Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Security or a related support role.
• Experience in application support, IT operations, or IT security support.
• Understanding of IT security principles, policies, and procedures.
• Experience in troubleshooting, incident handling, and problem resolution.
• Experience supporting IT systems in the banking industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
