Finance & Accounting Specialist
Job Summary SHOW is looking for a meticulous and experienced Finance & Accounting Specialist to organize and standardize the company's bookkeeping system across all SHOW brands (SHOW Token, SHOW Kids, SHOW Capital), ensuring financial reports comply with accounting standards and are audit-ready. This position is also responsible for preparing the financial data and reports needed for investor communications, including foreign investors, supporting transparency and stakeholder confidence in the company's financial standing.
Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting
- Organize, structure, and standardize the company's bookkeeping system in accordance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
- Record financial transactions (journal entries, general ledger, reconciliations) accurately and on time.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) for all SHOW entities/brands.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial data consistency across systems/entities.
Audit Readiness & Compliance
- Prepare and organize supporting financial documentation to ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with external auditors throughout the audit process.
- Ensure all financial records comply with applicable regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Identify and correct gaps/inconsistencies in financial records that could become audit findings.
Investor Relations Support
- Prepare financial data and reports required for investor communications, including foreign investors.
- Assist in preparing financial report/summary materials that are clear and presentable for investor meetings.
- Coordinate with the Finance Manager/C-Level regarding investor questions or data requests related to the company's financial condition.
Operational & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, legal, business development) on financial data needs.
- Support budgeting and financial forecasting processes together with supervisors.
- Carry out other financial administrative tasks as needed by the company.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with audit-handling experience as a plus.
- Understanding of applicable accounting standards (PSAK) and familiarity with the audit process.
- Proficient in accounting software (Accurate, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and highly meticulous.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) — required, for communication with foreign investors.
- Mandarin language skills are a plus.
- Able to work across multiple entities/brands simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of financial reporting for investor/fundraising purposes is a plus.
- Experience in a startup, the Crypto/Web3 industry, or a company with multiple business lines is a plus.
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality of the company's financial data.
