digital marketing supervisor

PT Noore Patterna Indonesia is a retail company specializing in premium pashmina under the hijab brand HIMOON ATTIRE, serving the middle-market segment.

We are looking for a Section Head Marketing to lead and develop our marketing strategy and team.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Develop and execute overall marketing strategies aligned with HIMOON’s business goals
• Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve company targets
• Develop marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activities
• Build and strengthen HIMOON’s brand positioning and communication
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, marketplace, and other relevant channels
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify new opportunities
• Monitor and evaluate marketing performance, including campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Collaborate with the creative, social media, sales, and e-commerce teams
• Take initiative in developing new marketing ideas and growth opportunities
• Prepare marketing plans, reports, and performance evaluations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Female
• Strong understanding of fashion, especially hijab
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion/retail
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
• High initiative, proactive, and result-oriented
• Good communication and good attitude
• Strong understanding of digital marketing & social media
• No vape & no alcohol
• Willing to work in Bandung
