WE ARE HIRING: Barista For New Cafe Opening in Jakarta - New FnB Cafe [South Jakarta]

Key Responsibilities : Job Description: Lead the bar team and ensure the highest standard of coffee quality, service, and operations for our new cafe. Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista is preferred.
2. Good knowledge of coffee, espresso, and various brewing methods.
3. Skilled in espresso preparation, milk steaming, and basic latte art.
4. Good customer service and communication skills.
5. Able to operate and maintain coffee machines and bar equipment.
6. Understands basic hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
7. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
8. Friendly, professional, responsible, and well-groomed.
9. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
11. Barista training or certification is an advantage
12. Good English communication skills - both spoken and writtenAble to greet customers, take orders, and explain menu/coffee
13. Customer Service & AttitudeFriendly, energetic, and customer-oriented
14. Good teamwork and able to work under pressure during rush hours
