JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Plan and manage end-to-end content to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Develop content strategies aligned with business goals, brand positioning, and audience insights
• Stay updated with TikTok & social media trends
• Monitor and analyzed content performance and optimize strategies based on insights

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year experience in content creation, preferably from an agency background (beauty industry experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram trends, algorithms, and best practices
• Skilled in storytelling, copywriting, and content ideation
• Familiar with CapCut, Canva, and other editing tools
• Able to analyze social media data for content improvement
• Available to join ASAP and work WFO at Bogor District
