Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all HR functions for the project, managing the on-site HC team
- Develop manpower planning and lead recruitment for project needs
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee contract management (PKWT)
- Supervise payroll, PPh 21, THR, BPJS, and employee benefits to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Handle employee relations and industrial relations issues, including disciplinary actions and dispute resolution
- Plan and oversee training, development, and performance management programs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and labor regulations
- Act as the main HR liaison between NTI and the client
- Prepare and present HR reports and analysis (headcount, payroll cost, turnover) to NTI management and the client
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Human Capital/HRGA, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes (recruitment, organizational development, training, performance management, and industrial relations).
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification is preferred
- Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in handling General Affairs functions (facility, asset, and vendor management).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
- Familiar with HRIS and digital HR tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
