Responsible

  1. Monitoring Link POP, Regional Domestic, Customers
  2. Problem handling by call and Onsite
  3. Make sure All link are delivered to Customer
  4. Report : Exception Report, SLA Report, Utilization Customers, Regional and POP
  5. Survey, Installation, Maintenance Link include Metro-E and Hospitality

Requirements:

  1. Minimum education SMK/D3 majoring in Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan or Information Technology.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
  3. Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
