HR Recruitment Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, role requirements, and recruitment priorities.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment databases, and regular hiring reports.
• Support onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
• Assist with broader HR functions, including HR operations, employee administration, HRIS, employee engagement, performance management, and other HR projects as needed.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in consulting or professional services is a plus.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to support broader HR functions beyond recruitment.
• Immediate availability / can join as soon as possible.
