Your tasks
- Perform formula rework and adjustments for Stability Test and Compatibility Test (CT) requirements
- Handle lead mixing activities for all PO projects, including first batches and reorders
- Troubleshoot formula-related issues and adjust Work Instructions (WI), mixing procedures, and core formula concentrations
- Prepare samples for Stability and Compatibility Testing, including filling and net weight checking
- Evaluate bulk mixing results and ensure product specifications meet established standards
- Prepare reports on formula adjustments, specification changes, and mixing results
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in R&D, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, or personal care industry
- Good understanding of formulation, raw materials, and mixing processes
- Familiar with Stability Testing, Compatibility Testing, and formula troubleshooting
- Able to analyze bulk specifications and perform formula adjustments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
