Your tasks
- Oversee QC activities for raw materials, bulk products, packaging materials, and finished goods
- Ensure product quality complies with established specifications, CPKB, GMP, and relevant regulations
- Monitor product testing, investigate quality issues, and implement corrective actions
- Develop and improve QC procedures and testing processes
- Lead and develop the QC team to ensure effective quality control operations
- Collaborate with Production and R&D to maintain consistent product quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QC management or a similar leadership role
- Experience in cosmetics, skincare, or personal care manufacturing is preferred
- Good knowledge of CPKB, GMP, and cosmetic quality control processes
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience as an Apoteker Penanggung Jawab (APJ) is an advantage
- Willing to be based at GIIC Industrial Park, Cikarang, West Java
