• Provide information and handle inquiries, complaints, and customer needs related to international shipping.
• Perform follow-ups and coordination regarding shipping obstacles with relevant teams.
• Handle customers through live chat, social media, and the company portal.
• Ensure service quality is in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of SMA or equivalent.
• Have experience as Customer Service International, preferably in the expedition/logistics field.
• Accustomed to handling customers through live chat and understanding international shipping processes.
• Have good communication and English language skills.
• Willing to be placed in Slipi, Jakarta Barat.
