We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor who will bring a driven, collaborative, and problem-solving approach. You will oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and control. This role also involves supporting month-end and year-end closings, managing intercompany transactions, financial analysis and reconciliations.

On a typical day, you will be working on:

• Performing accounting closing processes; independently preparing reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Reviewing financial statements and GL activity, researching account variances, resolving discrepancies, and providing clear explanations for fluctuations.
• Reviewing expenses, accruals, prepayments, and other charts of accounts to ensure accurate and consistent recording across entities.
• Preparing and reviewing documentation for journal entries, account reconciliations, and analytics to support efficient internal review and audit processes.
• Participating in group-wide initiatives such as audits, system enhancements, intercompany reconciliations, and process improvements.
• Maintaining best practices to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity over accounting operations across the Company.

What do we need from you?

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 3-4 years of experience in accounting and tax.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in managing a team and working in a creative and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
