Your tasks

• Build and maintain good relationships with guests and customers.
• Welcome guests and ensure they have a pleasant experience at the venue.
• Engage with guests and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist in handling guest inquiries, requests, and feedback.
• Support customer engagement and guest satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements

• Female, with a pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Well-groomed, confident, friendly, and outgoing.
• Enjoys interacting and building relationships with people.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in hospitality, nightlife, or customer relations is a plus.
• Able to join ASAP.
