Head of Security

Your tasks

• Lead and supervise the security team to ensure safety and order across the venue.
• Develop and implement security procedures, emergency response plans, and crowd control measures.
• Monitor security operations, identify potential risks, and handle incidents effectively.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests and employees.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular briefings, training, and performance evaluations for the security team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in security, with proven experience leading or supervising a security team.
• Experience in hospitality, entertainment venues, clubs, bars, or other high-traffic environments is preferred.
• Holds a valid Gada Pratama or relevant security certification.
• Martial arts or self-defense certification, such as Taekwondo, Karate, Pencak Silat, or equivalent, is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Physically fit, disciplined, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
