Data Analyst

Your tasks

• Perform data management activities in accordance with customer, company, contract, and regulatory requirements.
• Interact with customers and other teams to gather data requirements for new and existing applications.
• Identify business problems and variables that need to be predicted.
• Utilize data to analyze and solve business problems.
• Support the development, enhancement, evaluation, and maintenance of multiple datasets to ensure consistency, completeness, accuracy, and reliability.
• Perform data analysis and generate periodic data reports for management and customers.
• Present data management updates during internal and customer meetings.
• Develop and implement process improvements for data management activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable university.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage and analyze large datasets with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
• Strong knowledge of data management principles and data governance.
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Ability to identify business problems and provide data-driven solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to work onsite at the Pulomas Office, East Jakarta.
