Your tasks
As the Villa Quality Assurance Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and maintenance within our villa properties. Your key duties will include implementing rigorous quality management systems, leading housekeeping teams to maintain superior cleanliness standards, and ensuring that all facilities are in optimal condition through reliability engineering practices. You will also manage customer service expectations, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly, and utilize your expertise in villa management to deliver a seamless and high-quality living environment for our community.
Requirements
We invite qualified candidates who possess a Bachelor's Degree and between one and three years of relevant experience to apply for this position. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word, alongside essential skills in quality assurance, quality control, teamwork, and reliability engineering. We are specifically looking for male applicants who can lead by example in maintaining high standards, showing exceptional reliability as a maintenance and housekeeping leader, and possessing a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a collaborative work environment.
