Merchandiser Intern (E-commerce)

As a Merchandiser Intern at FAVO.id, you will support the team in managing product listings and assisting in building partnerships with suppliers and brands. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both e-commerce operations and commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in identifying and reaching out to potential principals, brand owners, and distributors to grow FAVO’s portfolio
• Assist in preparing outreach materials and participate in pitching or partnership discussions
• Support the partnership process, from initial contact to onboarding and coordination with internal teams
• Assist in commercial discussions and negotiations (pricing, margins, trading terms, promotional support, exclusivity) under team guidance
• Help maintain communication and follow-ups with partners to support ongoing collaboration
• Monitor product performance and assist in preparing reports and insights
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify potential opportunities

Requirements

• Strong curiosity and a self-starter mindset with a Get Sh*t Done attitude, continuous improvement, and stay humble
• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Strong interest in e-commerce, digital business, and commercial/partnership roles
• Basic understanding of business concepts such as pricing, promotions, and margins is a plus
• Good communication skills and willingness to interact with external parties (e.g., suppliers or partners)
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for basic data handling and reporting
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and FMCG products is a plus
