BUSINESS ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams & external partners for daily business operations.
• ⁠Maintain databases, accurate tracking, reports, and business data.
• Support campaign execution and other daily business projects
• Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines.

Requirements :

• 1+ year experience in e-commerce, marketing, operations, affiliate, or similar roles
• Highly organized, detail-oriented & proactive
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, KOL/creator management, or fashion is a plus
