Placement: Denpasar, Bali. We represent our client that are a well-known manufacturer and retailer of gold jewelry in Indonesia, with a wide range of designs and collections to cater to different tastes and budgets. They have been in business for over 10+ years and have built a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily store operations and ensure sales targets for jewelry and precious metals are achieved.
- Monitor store operations, stock accuracy, and compliance with SOPs.
- Manage and develop the SA and Security teams to ensure strong performance.
- Coordinate with Area Manager on marketing programs and store initiatives.
- Prepare operational reports and propose improvements to enhance store performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Store Leader, Store Manager, or similar.
- Experience in jewelry, gold retail, or luxury retail is preferred.
- Strong leadership, sales, and operational management skills.
- Familiar with stock opname and store audit processes.
- Target-oriented, detail-oriented, and proactive.
