Sales Executive - Adhesive Tapes & Glue
Placement: Tangerang We represent our client, a manufacturing company specializing in the production of industrial adhesive tapes, serving various business sectors with high-volume demands. Operating with a labor-intensive approach, the company emphasizes strong operational discipline and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure consistent quality across its product lines. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by actively hunting for new opportunities and building strong relationships with clients in the adhesive tape and glue industry. This position requires a resilient, target-driven professional with strong canvassing skills and the ability to thrive in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive canvassing and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in industries such as corrugated, plastics, and silicon sealant.
- Present and promote adhesive tape and glue products effectively to meet client needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business development strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Proven ability in canvassing and direct sales, with a “hunter” mentality.
- Strong resilience, adaptability, and willingness to follow direction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- High motivation and persistence to achieve and exceed sales targets.
