Their products are trusted by customers across various markets for both daily wear and aesthetic purposes. Responsibilities:
Your tasks
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and people development.
- Handle employee relations, payroll, BPJS, PPh 21, contracts, and HR administration.
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement programs while supporting management.
Requirements
- S1 Psychology, Management, Law, or related field with 5+ years in HR/HC, including 3+ years at Supervisor/Lead level.
- Experience managing 50+ employees, with strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and end-to-end recruitment.
- Proficient in Excel & HRIS; strong leadership and communication skills. Retail, beauty, FMCG, or e-commerce experience is a plus.
