Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Islamic Religious Education, Education, or Islamic Early Childhood Education. An educational background in Islamic Studies or Syari’ah will be an added value. Have teaching experience at the early childhood education level, preferably in an Islamic school environment. Develop lesson plans according to the age, needs, and learning abilities of children and be able to design learning activities that are fun, interactive, and meaningful. Have good English language skills, both oral and written. Having an interest in education based on Islamic values will be an added value. Have a good understanding of Islamic teachings, values, and practices and be able to integrate them into learning activities. Have high initiative and the ability to develop ideas into learning activities. Love the world of education and possess patience, empathy, and high dedication toward the world of early childhood education. Have good communication skills, be patient, and be able to understand diverse child characters. Be responsible, adaptive, and have the spirit to continue learning and growing. Able to work in a team and be open to feedback.

Tasks and responsibilities: Develop lesson plans and prepare relevant learning materials and media. Design, prepare, and create interactive teaching media for students. Monitor and perform documentation while learning is in progress. Create and manage a positive, safe learning environment that supports child development. Apply Islamic values in the learning process and daily interactions. Collaborate with fellow teachers and the team to improve the quality of learning. Communicate with parents regarding children's learning progress as needed. Participate in the development of the curriculum, programs, and BATAS school activities. Be actively involved in all internal activities of the institution.
