PT Mitra Berdaya Optima (MBO) We are a consulting firm specializing in consultancy, training, and system development aligned with ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards. In essence, we help clients implement ISO standards and achieve certification. Based in Yogyakarta, we operate as a B2B business and have successfully assisted over 300 organizations in the past six years
Your tasks
- Source and engage qualified candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks such as LinkedIn, Glints, and Jobstreet, and campus recruitment channels.
- Support the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing and headhunting, screening, assessments, and interview scheduling.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the candidate database
- Support employer branding initiatives, including recruitment events and content creation.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with good attention to detail.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Interested in recruitment, employer branding, and Human Resources.
- Willing to complete 6 month internship at Yogyakarta
