PT Mitra Berdaya Optima (MBO) We are a consulting firm specializing in consultancy, training, and system development aligned with ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards. In essence, we help clients implement ISO standards and achieve certification. Based in Yogyakarta, we operate as a B2B business and have successfully assisted over 300 organizations in the past six years

Your tasks

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee administration.
• Manage Compensation & Benefits, including payroll, salary and allowance administration, deductions, PPh 21, and BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, and HRIS.
• Support employee relations and ensure HR practices comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and analysis to support management decision-making.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Generalist or a similar HR role.
3. Hands-on experience in payroll and Compensation & Benefits.
4. Good understanding of PPh 21, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.
5. Good understanding of Indonesian employment regulations.
6. Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and able to work with HR data.
7. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
9. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic consulting environment.
10. Willing to be based in Yogyakarta.
