HR Manager

-Qualifications :

• Education Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology / Human Resource Management / Law
• Female, minimum 5–10 years of experience as an HRGA Manager
• Proficient in end-to-end HR: mass recruitment, payroll, training, KPI, Industrial Relations (IR), and General Affairs (GA)
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment

Job Description:

• Manage all HR functions (end-to-end), including recruitment, payroll, training & development, performance management, industrial relations (IR), and general affairs (GA)
• Control and ensure smooth payroll, overtime, and employee benefits processes in accordance with company policies
• Develop, implement, and evaluate SOPs, HR policies, and company regulations
• Manage performance appraisal systems (KPI/OKR) and regularly monitor employee performance
• Monitor employee discipline (attendance, shifts, overtime, compliance with regulations)
• Develop strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee engagement
• Oversee HRIS implementation and HR administration to ensure effectiveness and accuracy
