Operational Specialist Mandarin Speaker (Banjarmasin/Makassar)

Responsibilities :

• Assist the Regional Manager with the preparation of reports, presentations and other business documents
• Provide administrative and operational support to the management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
• Conduct store inspections to ensure the store operates smoothly
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as required

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in an Administrative and/or Operational role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Fresh graduates with strong administration skills are welcome to apply
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin is a must
• Proficient in the use of office productivity tools, such as Ms. Office suite
• Passionate about the retail industry environment
• Good interpersonal skills, communicative, flexible, and adaptable
• Willing to do business trips & mutation rotation based on company needs
• Work Location: Placed in Banjarmasin / Makassar
