WE ARE HIRING | GENERAL MANAGER - OPERATIONS 📍 South Jakarta Full Time | On-site Our client, a growing Aesthetic Clinic, is looking for a General Manager to lead the business and its day-to-day operations.
This role will work closely with the Owner and take a bigger role in making sure the business runs well, the teams perform, and the company continues to grow.
The role will cover:
- Overseeing clinic operations across multiple locations
- Setting and driving business and operational targets
- Managing and developing the team
- Monitoring revenue, costs, productivity, and overall performance
- Improving processes and customer experience
- Working closely with the Owner on business decisions and future plans
We’re looking for someone with:
- 10+ years of working experience, with at least 5 years in a management role
- Experience in aesthetic clinics, beauty, cosmetics, retail, hospitality, or other service businesses
- Experience managing multiple locations or a sizeable operation
- Strong understanding of business performance and numbers
- Good people management and leadership skills
- Someone who can think ahead, but is also willing to get involved when needed
- Strong ownership and decision-making skills
The right person for this role is commercially minded, hands-on, and knows how to get things done.
