Supply Chain Management Intern

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering from a reputable university (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Internship experience in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a neat and organized working style.
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn about procurement processes.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Able to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Description

• Assist the procurement team in sourcing suppliers and collecting price quotations.
• Support the preparation and processing of purchase requests and purchase orders.
• Help maintain procurement files, vendor lists, and documentation in an organized manner.
• Follow up with vendors regarding delivery schedules, order confirmation, and required documents.
• Assist in comparing quotations and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and lead time.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Procurement Supervisor or Supply Chain Manager.
